Reporting a problem
To help us fix it quickly, please include:
- The profile link or username you searched for.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead (the exact error message helps).
- Your device and browser — for example “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”.
Before writing, it’s worth checking the FAQ: most “no stories found” results simply mean the profile has no public story live right now, because stories disappear after 24 hours.
Privacy & content removal requests
If you own a Facebook profile or Page and don’t want its public stories available through our tool, we will block it. Send us an email that includes:
- The profile link (for example facebook.com/yourname), and the numeric profile ID if you know it.
- How we can confirm the account is yours — the easiest way is to write from an email address linked to it.
We usually block the profile within 3 business days and confirm by email. From then on, searches for it are refused and visitors see a message that the owner asked not to be shown. You can also make your stories private at any time by changing the story audience to Friends or Custom in Facebook’s story settings. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Copyright notices
We don’t host story content; media is streamed from Facebook when a visitor requests it. If you own the copyright in content available through our tool, send a notice to support@facebookstoryviewer.com with the details listed in our Copyright Policy. We reply within 2 business days and act on complete notices within 5.
What we can’t help with
We are not Facebook and can’t help with Facebook account access, hacked accounts, or removing content from Facebook itself — please use Facebook’s own Help Center for those.
